Our consultants are experienced builders themselves (ususally one of Loftlogic's directors). They will explain the planning and construction process in detail and answer any questions you have.
A brief, preliminary inspection of your home and proposed new loft site enables the builder to project the type(s) of loft conversion that would be suitable, raise any issues that maybe encountered at the planning or construction phases and provide an outline estimate to you.
If you have specific fixtures, materials and finishes in mind, we can accomodate your requirements into a comprehensive form estimate that includes a detailed breakdown of all the major works that make up a quality loft conversion.
